Other specific areas you may need assistance with are: overcoming negative thoughts and emotions, getting rid of limiting beliefs and conflicting values to help you rewrite your story, with positive future chapters. One session may not be enough to resolve your issue/s. Have one session with Kristine and when you are happy with the coaching and the outcome of the session, and if you require more coaching, you can book a course of 5 to10 sessions (depending on the complexity of your issue/s), which will provide greater progress. When paid up front, the 5 to 10 sessions are at a discounted rate, quoted at the time of booking. The number of sessions are based on your needs, and the processes required to help you overcome your issues to successfully move forward in your life.
